📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Operate and maintain laundry equipment, including washing machines, dryers, and ironers.
• Sort, wash, dry, and iron linens and towels according to hotel standards.
• Ensure all laundry is properly folded, pressed, and packaged for delivery to guest rooms.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels of linens, towels, and other laundry supplies.
• Follow and enforce strict hygiene and sanitation protocols.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs to the maintenance team.
• Assist with special laundry requests, such as dry cleaning and stain removal.
• Work collaboratively with the housekeeping team to ensure a seamless guest experience.
