📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Source, negotiate, and sell high-end fashion, accessories, and beauty products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and suppliers.
- Manage inventory and ensure timely restocking.
- Provide excellent customer service and handle client inquiries and complaints.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to sales strategies.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in the luxury retail industry.
- Use tools like Salesforce and QuickBooks to manage sales and inventory.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury retail sales or a similar role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Familiarity with luxury brands and market trends.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work well in a team and independently.
