📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily store operations including opening, closing, and inventory control,Lead and motivate a team of store staff to achieve sales targets,Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and handling customer complaints,Monitor and maintain store cleanliness and organization,Implement and adhere to company policies and procedures,Conduct regular sales reports and provide recommendations for improvement,Participate in training and development programs for store staff,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth store operations

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management or a similar role,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving store performance,Strong leadership and team management skills,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Knowledge of retail software and inventory management systems,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field,Familiarity with local market trends and consumer behavior
