Tanggung Jawab:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, training, and performance management.Ensure that all food safety and hygiene standards are met and maintained at all times.Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to drive sales and revenue growth.Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.Manage the restaurant's budget and financial performance, ensuring that all expenses are controlled and that the restaurant remains profitable.Maintain high standards of customer service and ensure that all guests have a positive dining experience.Work closely with the kitchen staff to ensure that all dishes are prepared and served to the highest standards of quality and presentation.Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices, and implement them in the restaurant's operations.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior restaurant management role.Proven track record of success in managing a team of staff and driving sales and revenue growth.Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations and standards.Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously.Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.Previous experience working in a similar role in the hospitality industry is highly desirable.Ability to travel and work outside of regular business hours as required.🛠️ Keahlian
