Design and implement Microsoft 365 and SharePoint solutions that meet the needs of our organization.,Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.,Manage and maintain SharePoint sites, ensuring optimal performance and security.,Provide training and support to end-users on Microsoft 365 and SharePoint.,Monitor and analyze usage data to identify trends and areas for improvement.,Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in Microsoft 365 and SharePoint technologies.,Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Microsoft 365 and SharePoint solutions.,Work closely with IT teams to integrate Microsoft 365 and SharePoint with other systems.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Proven experience as a Modern Workplace Analyst or similar role with a focus on Microsoft 365 and SharePoint.,Certifications in Microsoft 365 and SharePoint (e.g., Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator, Microsoft 365 Certified: Security Administrator, SharePoint Online Administrator) are a plus.,Strong understanding of modern workplace trends and best practices.,Excellent communication and collaboration skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.,Knowledge of security best practices and compliance requirements.
