📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring that all aspects of the business run smoothly and efficiently.,Manage and motivate a team of staff, providing training and development opportunities to help them grow and succeed.,Ensure that the restaurant meets all health and safety regulations, as well as any other relevant industry standards.,Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and analyze sales and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.,Maintain a clean and well-organized restaurant, ensuring that all equipment and supplies are in good working order.,Work closely with the kitchen and other departments to ensure that orders are prepared and served efficiently.,Ensure that the restaurant's image and brand are maintained and enhanced through all aspects of the business.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu planning, cost control, and inventory management.,Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations, as well as any other relevant industry standards.,Experience with marketing and promotional strategies, including social media and digital marketing.,Ability to work well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
