📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and develop key client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Drive sales growth by identifying opportunities and implementing effective sales strategies.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.,Monitor client needs and market trends to anticipate and address potential issues.,Develop and maintain comprehensive client accounts, including contact information, sales history, and performance metrics.,Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and implement sales plans and promotional activities.,Conduct regular client meetings and follow-ups to build strong relationships and drive business growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales or account management role, preferably in the dairy or food industry.,Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles and practices.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant sales tools and software.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities.,Familiarity with remote work tools and technologies.
