📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Sourcing and screening potential candidates for various job openings
  • Conducting initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit
  • Collaborating with hiring managers to understand job requirements and needs
  • Managing the recruitment process from start to finish, including scheduling interviews and providing updates to candidates
  • Building and maintaining relationships with potential candidates and hiring managers
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
  • Providing feedback and guidance to candidates throughout the hiring process
  • Analyzing recruitment data to identify trends and areas for improvement

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a similar industry
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and processes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Familiarity with recruitment software and tools
  • Proven track record of successful hires
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
