📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting quality inspections and tests to ensure products meet standards.,Maintaining and updating quality control documentation and records.,Identifying and reporting quality issues and defects.,Collaborating with production teams to resolve quality problems.,Ensuring compliance with company quality policies and procedures.,Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality processes.,Providing feedback and recommendations for quality improvements.,Training and mentoring junior staff on quality control processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quality Control, Industrial Engineering, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality control or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of quality control principles, methods, and standards.,Familiarity with quality management systems such as ISO 9001.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.,Computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and quality control software.
