📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage daily production operations to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met.,Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of production targets.,Conduct regular inspections of production lines to identify and address any issues or inefficiencies.,Train and mentor junior staff to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills to perform their roles effectively.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and coordination of production activities.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date production records and reports.,Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production processes and output.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role within a manufacturing or production environment.,Strong knowledge of production management principles and practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with quality control processes and standards.,Experience with lean manufacturing or continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.,Ability to use computer software for production planning and scheduling.
