📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Oversee daily food preparation and cooking operations
- Develop and refine menus using fresh, locally-sourced ingredients
- Ensure high standards of food quality, safety, and presentation
- Train and mentor junior culinary staff
- Collaborate with the culinary team to create innovative and sustainable dishes
- Manage inventory and suppliers to maintain optimal stock levels
- Adhere to health and safety regulations
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Kitchen Chef in a professional setting
- Proven culinary expertise and a strong understanding of food safety and hygiene
- Experience with fresh, locally-sourced ingredients
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Familiarity with kitchen management software such as QuickBooks or SAP
- Knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisines
- Ability to travel and work in multiple locations across Bali
