📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Provide technical support to employees, including hardware, software, and network issues.
- Maintain and monitor IT infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Assist in the implementation of new technologies and systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly.
- Conduct regular system backups and ensure data integrity.
- Provide training and support to employees on IT tools and best practices.
- Collaborate with the IT team to improve and optimize our IT environment.
- Monitor and report on IT performance metrics.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support roles.
- Proficient in using IT support tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, and other ticketing systems.
- Familiarity with ITIL framework and best practices.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator are a plus.
