📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs that align with the company's goals and employee development needs.,Conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars for employees.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed.,Provide ongoing support and coaching to employees to ensure they are able to apply the skills and knowledge they have learned.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure that training programs are relevant and effective.,Maintain accurate records of training activities and employee progress.,Stay up-to-date with the latest training methodologies and trends.,Assist in the development and implementation of the company's training and development strategy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a corporate setting.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and adult learning principles.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant training software.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture.,Willingness to work in a hybrid environment.
