📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to candidate selection and onboarding, using BambooHR and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees, ensuring alignment with company goals.
• Administer employee benefits and ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
• Facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
• Handle employee relations issues, mediating conflicts and addressing grievances.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand business needs and align HR strategies accordingly.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records using Workday.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in HR, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Familiarity with HR software such as BambooHR and Workday.
• Understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
