📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional service to ensure their satisfaction.
• Assist with table service, including taking orders, delivering food and beverages, and clearing tables.
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring a positive resolution.
• Uphold the restaurant’s standards of cleanliness and presentation, including maintaining a tidy dining area.
• Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food service.
• Promote special events, promotions, and menu items to enhance the guest experience.
• Work as part of a team to maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere in the restaurant.
• Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a hospitality or customer service role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with restaurant operations and customer service best practices.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.
• Basic knowledge of English is a plus.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 20 pounds.
