📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the port terminals, ensuring efficiency and compliance with all regulations and standards.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve port operations, enhance customer satisfaction, and drive business growth.
• Coordinate with government agencies, port authorities, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient port operations.
• Monitor and report on port performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
• Ensure the safety and security of the port facilities and personnel, in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
• Manage and supervise a team of port personnel, providing guidance and support to ensure high levels of performance.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders, fostering a positive and productive business environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Port Management, Maritime Studies, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in port operations, terminal management, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of port regulations, laws, and standards, including those specific to Indonesia.
• Proven track record of successful port operations management, with a focus on efficiency, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
