📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the company's financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting.,Ensure compliance with financial regulations and tax laws.,Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports.,Provide strategic financial advice to support business growth.,Oversee the payroll process and ensure accurate and timely payment of employees.,Manage relationships with external auditors and financial advisors.,Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.,Monitor cash flow and liquidity to ensure the financial health of the company.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management or a related role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.,Proficiency in financial software and tools such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian financial laws and regulations is a plus.
