Executive, Process Excellence (2-Year Contract) - Sembcorp Industries

We are seeking a dynamic Executive, Process Excellence to spearhead operational efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives in our Badung, Bali office. This is a 2-year contract position offering a competitive salary of IDR 25,000,000 - 40,000,000 per month.

As an Executive, Process Excellence, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing our operations and driving continuous improvement through data-driven decision-making. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement Lean Six Sigma methodologies, ensuring our processes are not only efficient but also sustainable and scalable.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and oversee the implementation of Lean Six Sigma methodologies to drive operational excellence.
• Conduct process assessments and identify areas for improvement using tools like Minitab and Process Street.
• Develop and maintain process documentation and standard operating procedures.
• Train and mentor team members on process improvement techniques.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of process improvements.
• Collaborate with senior management to align process improvement initiatives with business objectives.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in process excellence.
• Report on progress and outcomes of process improvement initiatives to stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in process improvement, with a proven track record in implementing Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
• Certifications in Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt preferred).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with large datasets.
• Experience with process improvement software such as Minitab and Process Street.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability to drive change and improve processes in a complex organizational environment.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
