📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide first-line support to clients using DocuSign, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
• Use DocuSign Admin, Salesforce, and ServiceNow to manage and track customer issues.
• Collaborate with the product team to identify and implement improvements to the DocuSign platform.
• Document all issues and resolutions for future reference and training purposes.
• Monitor system performance and proactively identify and resolve potential issues.
• Participate in on-call rotations to ensure 24/7 coverage for critical issues.
• Provide training and guidance to less experienced team members.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in digital transaction solutions and industry trends.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical support or customer service role, preferably in a SaaS environment.
• Proven experience with DocuSign or similar e-signature platforms.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and ServiceNow is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
