In this role, you will play a crucial part in the successful execution of our projects by assisting in the planning, coordination, and management of site activities. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the planning and coordination of site activities, ensuring that all work is completed on time and within budget.,Monitor and report on the progress of site activities, identifying any potential issues and implementing corrective actions.,Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and project specifications.,Assist in the procurement and management of materials and equipment required for site activities.,Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.,Prepare and maintain accurate records of site activities, including time sheets, expense reports, and project documentation.,Provide technical support to site personnel, including troubleshooting and resolving equipment issues.,Participate in safety meetings and training sessions to ensure that all site personnel are fully trained and equipped to work safely.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the construction or engineering industry.,Strong knowledge of engineering principles and practices, including site safety regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.,Valid driver's license and the ability to operate and maintain heavy machinery.,Fluency in Indonesian language is a plus.,Ability to travel and work in remote locations, including overnight stays if necessary.
