In this role, you'll be responsible for managing a team of store managers, ensuring that each location is running efficiently and delivering on our commitment to quality and service. You'll work closely with our regional office to implement strategies that align with our company-wide goals, while also fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of multiple coffee shop locations in Makassar, ensuring high standards of quality and service.
• Manage a team of store managers, providing guidance and support to help them succeed.
• Drive sales growth by implementing effective marketing strategies and promotions.
• Develop and train staff to enhance their skills and knowledge, ensuring they can deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking to maintain optimal operations.
• Collaborate with the regional office to implement company-wide strategies and initiatives.
• Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that encourages teamwork and innovation.
• Report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to the regional office, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role within the coffee or hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and staff.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Knowledge of POS systems and inventory management software is a plus.
• Familiarity with coffee brewing methods and equipment is a plus.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
