Hotel Zahra Bakso is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accountant to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the company's financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and a proven track record of delivering accurate and timely financial reports.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.,Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support business decisions.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Manage the company's budget and cash flow.,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate financial reporting.,Assist in the preparation of tax returns and financial statements.,Oversee the work of junior accountants and provide training and mentorship.,Stay updated with the latest accounting trends and technologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a corporate or hotel environment.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian tax laws and regulations.
