📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs and materials to meet the learning needs of employees.,Conduct needs assessments and analyze training effectiveness to ensure continuous improvement.,Deliver training sessions and workshops to employees, providing clear and engaging instruction.,Collaborate with department heads and managers to integrate learning and development initiatives into business goals.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Evaluate and select appropriate training technologies and tools to enhance the learning experience.,Provide feedback and support to employees to help them develop their skills and advance their careers.,Monitor and report on the progress and outcomes of training programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.,Proven experience in learning and development, training, or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Strong organizational and time management skills.
