In this role, you will be responsible for managing and leading a team of outlet crew members, ensuring that our stores run smoothly and efficiently. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and lead a team of outlet crew members, ensuring that they are trained and motivated to perform their duties effectively.,Oversee the daily operations of the outlet, including stock management, customer service, and sales targets.,Ensure that the outlet is clean, organized, and visually appealing to customers.,Monitor and report on sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to increase sales.,Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.,Work closely with the store manager to ensure that all policies and procedures are followed.,Conduct regular staff meetings to discuss performance, provide feedback, and address any concerns or issues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in a retail or outlet management role.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with retail software and systems.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role is a plus.
