📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.,Maintain a clean and organized cash register area.,Handle cash and card payments securely and promptly.,Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues that may arise.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Assist in inventory management and restocking.,Provide feedback to the team on customer satisfaction and service quality.,Participate in training and development programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year experience in a cashier or customer service role.,Strong knowledge of cash handling procedures and financial transactions.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using cash register systems and point-of-sale software.,Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.,Ability to perform basic data entry and record-keeping tasks.,Familiarity with Indonesian language is a plus.
