📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Tanggung Jawab:
Design and develop training programs that meet the needs of our employees and support our business objectives.Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance employees' skills and knowledge.Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary improvements.Coordinate with various departments to ensure the successful implementation of training initiatives.Maintain and update training materials and resources.Provide feedback and support to employees throughout the training process.Monitor and report on training program outcomes and impact.Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in training and development.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a corporate setting.Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant training software.Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) is a plus.Strong organizational and time management skills.🛠️ Keahlian
