Tanggung Jawab:

• Monitoring and maintaining the company's IT infrastructure.
• Providing technical support to employees.
• Installing, configuring, and troubleshooting hardware and software.
• Ensuring the security and backup of the company's data.
• Assisting in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies.
• Documenting IT processes and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and network protocols.
• Familiarity with scripting languages such as PowerShell or Python.
• Understanding of IT security principles and best practices.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.
